How do I log in to My Page?

You can easily log in to My Page on skyttelpass.no by entering your mobile number and the password you made when creating your SkyttelPASS agreement.


If you have forgotten your password, you can press “forgot password” to receive a new one.


You will find your customer ID number in the email you received when you created the agreement and on invoices.

Where can I find my invoices and payment details?

You can find all your invoices and payment details on My Page.


Select “Invoice” in the side menu to see a list of your invoices. Choose an invoice, and then «Details». You will then be able to see the invoice payment details, including amount, KID number and account number.

Why can’t I find my ferry journeys or toll road charges?

Ferry journeys

There are several reasons why you may not find your ferry journeys on your SkyttelPASS agreement.


If you have an additional ferry agreement, all your ferry journeys that are charged using the SkyttelPASS tag will be settled in the relevant additional agreement.


If you only have a SkyttelPASS agreement, ferry journeys that charged using the SkyttelPASS tag will be settled in your SkyttelPASS agreement. If your agreement is not valid at the time of travel, the ferry operator will send a full price invoice for ferry journeys to the vehicle’s owner as registered in the Vehicle Registry.


Toll road charges

If the agreement is not valid when you pass a toll road point/toll ring area, toll road operators will send a full price invoice to the vehicle’s owner as registered in the Vehicle Registry.

How do I change my personal information?

Log in to My Page and select «Personalia» on the side menu. Here you can change your address, email address and telephone number.


You cannot change the owner of the agreement. Exceptions are when submitting a copy of the probate/non-probate certificate which shows that the surviving partner/heirs are taking over the estate.


NB: Changes made to your SkyttelPASS agreement are not automatically updated in any additional agreements.

How do I change my vehicle information?

Log in to My Page and select “Vehicle” on the side menu. Select “change” and then “change vehicle”. Enter the vehicle registration number and country code of the new vehicle and press «update».


If you want to add a vehicle that is already registered to another SkyttelPASS-agreement, the vehicle must be removed from the other SkyttelPASS agreement before you can add it to your SkyttelPASS agreement.

How do I change my payment card information?

Log in to My Page and select «General information» on the side menu. Select “Credit Card Information” and then “Register New Card”. You will then be forwarded to Netaxept to register the new payment card information. Enter the new payment card information and press «register». You will then be asked to authenticate with your BankID.

How do I end my agreement?

You cannot terminate the agreement on My Page. If you wish to terminate your SkyttelPASS agreement you can do so by sending us a written notice of termination that includes your name and customer ID number, to post@skyttelpass.no. You can also use our contact form.


If you urgently need to stop paying road tolls and ferry journeys for a vehicle via your SkyttelPASS agreement, you can first remove the vehicle from the agreement so that the license plate number and tag number become inactive in the agreement within approximately 30 minutes. You can then contact us to terminate the agreement completely.


NB: Upon removing a vehicle from the agreement, or termination of the agreement, the tag /tags registered to your agreement will become inactive and will no longer work in any additional agreement.


Inactive tags can be kept for future use or recycled as EE waste.
