Payments and invoices

How often will I receive an invoice?

In general, you will receive one invoice per month. However, you may receive invoices more or less frequently based on how much or little you drive.

If you have chosen to pay automatically via credit or debit card, the card will only be charged when the sum has reached NOK 200, but maximum once a week.

How can i recive and pay invoices?

SkyttelPASS wishes to protect the environment and offers electronic invoicing and payment options. Choose between invoice by e-mail, eFaktura, credit or debit card, or AvtaleGiro.

Email: When you create a SkyttelPASS agreement, you will automatically receive your invoices by email. If you have a Norwegian online bank account and choose to pay via AvtaleGiro, you will no longer receive your SkyttelPASS invoices by email.

eFaktura (electronic invoicing): For this payment option, you must have a Norwegian online bank account. To create an eFaktura agreement, you must already have activated the general function “eFaktura – yes to all” in your online bank account. You will then receive all your invoices from SkyttelPASS electronically, including the first invoice. Contact your bank if you have questions about this function or want to know if it has been activated correctly. If you choose to pay via eFaktura, you will no longer receive your SkyttelPASS invoices by email.

AvtaleGiro: For this payment option, you must have a Norwegian online bank account. When paying a SkyttelPASS invoice, you can choose to pay your future invoices from SkyttelPASS via AvtaleGiro. If you need a KID number, you will find one on a received invoice. Because AvtaleGiro deducts the invoiced amount directly from your account, you will not receive invoices to your online bank account or by email. You can view all your invoices on My Page.

Credit or debit card: If you want to pay by credit or with debit card, you can register your card on My Page. When toll road charges or ferry journeys have reached NOK 200, your card will automatically be charged, but no more than once a week.

NB: If the card is registered to a business, Nets payment solution will add a 2% fee on the total amount and a one-time fee of NOK 0.50 per payment.

Vipps: If you have an eFaktura agreement with SkyttelPASS and have chosen to receive invoices via the Vipps app, your eFaktura will automatically arrive in Vipps.

My Page: You can always view your invoices and payment information on My Page.

Are ferry journeys always settled on my SkyttelPASS invoice?

If you have additional ferry agreements, all your ferry journeys that are charged using the SkyttelPASS tag will be settled in the relevant additional agreement, and not in the SkyttelPASS agreement.

Why have I received money in return from SkyttelPASS?

There can be several reasons why your payment has been returned or refunded:

  • Incorrect KID number
  • Wrong amount
  • Invoice paid twice

If in doubt, please contact our customer support centre.

Why have I received an invoice for a vehicle I have sold or not driven?

The most common reason is that you have not remembered to remove the vehicle from your SkyttelPASS agreement, and from any additional agreements.

It is also possible that toll charges and ferry journeys for which you have been invoiced were made before you removed the vehicle from the agreement.

On My Page you can see details of toll charges and ferry journeys that have been settled on your SkyttelPASS agreement.

Remember that:

  • As long as the vehicle is on your agreement, you, as the agreement owner, are responsible for paying all invoices, regardless of who owns or drives the car.
  • It is not enough to remove the tag from the vehicle. As long as the vehicle is on the agreement, a picture of the license plate will be taken and then be linked to your agreement for invoicing.
  • You can easily remove the vehicle from your agreement by logging in to My Page.
  • Also remember to remove the vehicle from any additional agreements.

Why have I received a full-price invoice from a toll road company or ferry operator?

If you have a SkyttelPASS agreement that was not valid at the time of travel or the vehicle’s registration number is registered incorrectly in the agreement, toll road companies and ferry operators will send a full-price invoice for toll road charges and ferry journeys to the vehicle’s owner as registered in the Vehicle Registry.

What happens if I haven’t paid an invoice?

When an invoice from SkyttelPASS is not paid by its due date, the agreement will be blocked. If the claim is still not paid after receiving a payment reminder/debt collection notice, the claim is sent for debt collection.

The payment reminder/debt collection notice is sent by post, so remember to always keep your postal address updated on My Page.

NB: The SkyttelPASS agreement will not be reopened until after the outstanding amount has been paid AND you have contacted the SkyttelPASS customer support centre to reopen your SkyttelPASS agreement.

I have paid the outstanding amount, but I am still paying full price. What do I do?

Once you have paid the outstanding amount, reminder fee and any debt collection fees, you must contact our customer support centre to reopen your SkyttelPASS agreement.
