The SkyttelPASS agreement

• 20% discount on all AutoPASS road tolls in Norway with vehicles up to 3500 kg, or in vehicle group M1.
• 10% discount on journeys with all ferries in the AutoPASS for ferries scheme. By creating the additional AutoPASS for ferries prepayment agreement, you will receive a 40-50% discount.
• 10% discount on ferry journeys with Torghatten Sør Moss-Horten. By creating an additional agreement with Torghatten Sør, you will receive a 30% discount.
• The tag can be used on the Øresund connection between Malmö and Copenhagen, and on the Storebælt connection on Zealand in Denmark. NB: For discounts on these connections, an additional agreement must be created with each of them.
• Automatically received overview of toll road charges upon request, please contact our customer service centre.
• Hourly discount and monthly cap at road toll points and toll ring areas that offer these.
• Automatic reminder (if possible) when selling a Norwegian privately owned vehicle. Remember that it is always the agreement owner’s responsibility to remove the vehicle from the agreement, and that the agreement owner is legally responsible for paying all invoices as long as the vehicle is registered on the agreement, regardless of who owns the vehicle.
• Road tolls and ferry journeys gathered on the same invoice from SkyttelPASS if you do not have the additonal AutoPASS for a ferry prepayment agreement and/or the additional Torghatten Sør Moss-Horten ferry agreement.
• Access to a My Page with an overview of where and when you have been charged, invoice information, personal information, vehicle information and tag number.

Yes. However, you must keep in mind that the SkyttelPASS agreement is an agreement between SkyttelPASS AS and the Agreement Owner (you). When you create an agreement in your name with a vehicle you do not own, it is not the owner of the vehicle, but you as the Agreement Owner, who is legally responsible for paying all toll road charges and ferry journeys regardless of who owns or drives the vehicle.

Private agreements between the Agreement Owner and a third party regarding who will pay for which toll road charges and ferry journeys are not the legal responsibility SkyttelPASS AS.

You can easily change both vehicle and personal data by logging in to My Page.

You cannot change the owner of the agreement. Exceptions are when submitting a copy of the probate/non-probate certificate which shows that the surviving partner/heirs are taking over the estate.

Be aware that changes made in your SkyttelPASS agreement do not automatically update your information in any additional agreements.

The SkyttelPASS agreement is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

You cannot terminate the agreement on My Page. If you wish to terminate your SkyttelPASS agreement you can do so by sending us a written notice of termination that includes your name and customer ID number, to post@skyttelpass.no. You can also use our contact form.

If you urgently need to stop paying road tolls and ferry journeys for a vehicle via your SkyttelPASS agreement, you can first remove the vehicle from the agreement so that the license plate number and tag number become inactive in the agreement within approximately 30 minutes. You can then contact us to terminate the agreement completely.

NB: Upon removing a vehicle from the agreement, or termination of the agreement, the tag /tags registered to your agreement will become inactive and will no longer work in any additional agreement.

Inactive tags can be kept for future use or recycled as EE waste.
